These terms are the end-user license agreement for Rickwell, published by Avandem, LLC. You accept them in the app before using it. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies; where the two conflict, these terms control to the extent Apple permits.
Rickwell is for adults of legal drinking age in their country (21 in the United States). By using the app you confirm you meet that age.
Ratings, tasting notes, your display name and bottle photos you choose to share are visible to other users. You keep ownership of what you post and give Avandem, LLC a license to display it inside Rickwell. You can edit or delete your content at any time, and deleting your account removes all of it.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. That includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, and content that promotes dangerous drinking. Posting it will get the content removed and your account ejected, without warning.
Notes and names are screened automatically before they are published. Any user can report a review or block another user from the review’s ··· menu; reported content is hidden from you immediately. We review every report and act within 24 hours by removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the user.
Email support@avandem.com with the bottle name and the reviewer’s display name, or use the ··· menu on any review. We reply within two business days and act on abuse reports within 24 hours.
How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party ads.
The Full Deck is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store terms.
Rickwell is provided as-is. Label scans and community ratings are informational and may be wrong. Catalog data, prices and ratings are not advice to buy or sell anything.
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA.
